Hi, I’m Bryce Holland.
I design, lead, listen
& play.
I’ve spent nearly a decade helping startups develop mobile-first software with excellent UX/UI. I believe in compassionate leadership, calm technology, and involving users in the iterative design process. I’m based in Springdale, Arkansas, USA, and I enjoy collaborating with team members in-person or remotely.
My Work
Here’s a few websites I designed and helped launch while at Spruce Technology. Some may have had some changes since the initial design:
Below are some other projects I’ve designed.

This UI kit is designed to act as a kickstarter to be customized for each new project, allowing us to focus more on our client’s needs instead of reworking hover states and accessibility requirements in the UI.

Correction: In the video I say I was working with Rejoicy in 2001. I meant to say 2021.

Staying in touch with customers
In this video, I explain how and why I made a 1-minute product update video every Friday for a couple of months, at Rejoicy.com.
-
User Feedback and the Iterative Design Process
This video explains an iterative design experience I had adding promotions functionality to Rejoicy.com. I find that working with customers to get feedback while iterating through feature versions is one of the most rewarding parts of product design.
Here’s a link to the original video I sent out to customers and stakeholders for feedback on the new promotions feature

Example Project Process

This was an example project I was asked to do as part of an interview last year. I was told to do my best with the knowledge I had and was given a week to produce the deliverables outside of my normal work. This doesn’t illustrate my collaboration process with a production team, reasearchers, and…
