Hi, I’m Bryce Holland.
I design, lead, listen
& play.
I’ve spent nearly a decade helping startups develop mobile-first software with excellent UX/UI. I believe in compassionate leadership, calm technology, and involving users in the iterative design process. I’m based in Springdale, Arkansas, USA, and I enjoy collaborating with team members in-person or remotely.

This video explains how I learned about the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and combined it with Amy Jo Kim’s Game Thinking product design model to make storyboards for customers at Rejoicy.com
Correction: In the video I say I was working with Rejoicy in 2001. I meant to say 2021.

User Feedback and the Iterative Design Process
This video explains an iterative design experience I had adding promotions functionality to Rejoicy.com. I find that working with customers to get feedback while iterating through feature versions is one of the most rewarding parts of product design.
Here’s a link to the original video I sent out to customers and stakeholders for feedback on the new promotions feature

User flows and Wireframes and HiFi components, oh my!
In this video, I show an overview of the process of redesigning the Luncher web application from scratch. I walk through mapping out how users interact with features, wireframing a basic user interface, and building high fidelity components in Figma.
Unfortunately, Luncher did not survive the pandemic in 2020, so there’s no website live in production on the internet. However, the Luncher team went on to create Rejoicy.com, which was built on the design and development foundation we established with Luncher.
